Return & Refund Policy

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damages or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at crispectiveart@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace or refund your oder at no additional cost.
• Lost Shipments: If your order appears to be lost in transit, let us know and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
